How to make Mutton Shank Nihari

Ingredients for Mutton Shank Nihari:
1 kg mutton
2 medium size onions
1 packet Mutton Nihari masala
3 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
3 tablespoons gram flour
1 table spoon Kashmiri red chili powder
½ table spoon salt
3 inch ginger julienne cut
4 green chilies
1/2 cup green coriander
1/2 lime
5 tablespoon oil
How to make Mutton Shank Nihari
First,
heat a cooker and add oil and let the oil heat up.
Now add sliced onions and roast till golden browm
Now add mutton and roast for 3 to 4 minutes
Now add ginger garlic paste and roast it again for 2 minutes.
Now add Nihari masala powder, red chili, salt to taste and chopped green chilies and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add 4 cups of water and mix it
Now close the lid of the cooker and let 5-6 vessels come. Now lower the flame of the gas and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now after 10 to 12 minutes the gas will be closed and after leaving the pressure opening the lid
Now heat a pan and add gram flour to it till it change color
Now take out the flour in a cup and mix it with 100 ml of water.
Now, switch on the flame of the cooker gas, and mix the flour mix in it.
Now cook till the boil, lower the flame of the gas and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes
Now add 1/2 lemon and mix it
Now turn off the gas and serve and green coriander garnish with ginger.
