Today, we will learn to make Kadhai Chicken which is very easy to make. You can serve it with bread nan or paratha. So let us learn to make Dhaba style Kadhai Chicken today.

Ingredients:
  • 500gm: Chicken
  • 3 medium sized tomatoes finely cut
  • 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 - 3 green chillies
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup green coriander
  • 1 table spoon whole coriander
  • 10 – 12 black pepper
  • 1/2 table spoon cumin seeds
  • 2-3 clove
  • 3 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 table spoon fennel
  • 4-5 table spoon oil

Method of Making (How To Make The Kadhai Chicken):

  • First we will take the whole masala on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • And cool down to make powder
  • Now heat a pan and put oil in it
  • After heating the oil, add onion and fry until golden color
  • Now put chicken in it and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt and mix it.
  • And fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and add chopped green chillies and mix it and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Now add curd and fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add the whole masala powder and mix it
  • Now add capsicum
  • And fry on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add half a cup of water and cover the lid until the water is dry on medium flame and let it cook
  • Now open the lid after 8 to 10 minutes and fry full flame for 1 minute
  • Now add chopped coriander and mix it.
  • Now close the flame and mix

Kadhai Chicken is ready to serve
